We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 3 days of receiving items and Faché will provide customer with return label. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will inspect it and notify customer via email if refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, we will ship out replacement or process refund.
All refunds will automatically be applied to credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.
